This is not an unlikely scenario — outside of a building manager being a child. Our family has heard a fair share of absurd comments regarding accessibility, so the “argument” from Mitch did seem realistic and a reason why someone would not make a building accessible. Raven-Symoné as Raven Baxter, the single mother of twins Nia and Booker, who works as a fashion designer for dogs. It is revealed that prior to the series, Raven had gotten divorced from Devon Carter, an ex-boyfriend from high school, and now lives with Chelsea and her son in Chicago. Raven possesses psychic abilities, able to glimpse "visions" of the future.

Like his whole-hearted and watchful mom, Booker can only get a peek at what’s to come, but it’s just enough to drive each of them to interfere with the anticipated outcome. His ability to see brief visions of the future are nascent and uncontrollable and often seem to collide with Raven’s own visions, setting in motion madcap escapades for the entire extended family. Booker is unpretentiously cool; his twin sister Nia is independent and eager to lead; they have a uniquely special “twin bond” yet squabble like most tweens. Both rely on insightful motherly witticisms and uninhibited silliness from Raven (a fashion designer amidst a job-transition). The Baxters share a Chicago apartment with free-spirited Chelsea and her clever young son Levi, who has become the little brother the twins never knew they wanted.

Following a silent renewal, on November 28, 2018, it was announced that Eunetta T. Boone would be taking over as showrunner and executive producer for the third season. Booker sets out to land the starring role in the school's musical about a boy who loves playing basketball and performing hip-hop. When Nia gets caught up in wanting to be a trendsetter, she goes against her mother's wishes and uses the money she saved up to buy an expensive jacket; Booker has a vision that Mitch put a curse on him. When Booker has a vision of his mother losing the money hidden in her backpack, he enlists Nia and Levi to help him follow Raven and rescue the money before it goes missing. "Raven-Symoné to Reunite with Cheetah Girls Costar Adrienne Bailon in New Season of Raven's Home". Writing for The Post, Georgia Davis appreciated the pilot for "maintain the charm and energy" of the original, praising Raven and Chelsea's characterizations, as well as the performances of the child actors. Giovonnie Samuels as Betty Jane Baxter, the country cousin of Raven who is the mother of Alice and the daughter of Delroy.

Raven secures social influence Lil Z to appear at the launch of her fashion show, but the kids compromise everything when they use Lil Z's name to sell raffle tickets without his permission. Booker and Nia are excited to be named student ambassadors of their school, until they learn that their first job is to welcome Mitch as a new student. Encouraged by her twins, Raven finally begins seriously pursuing the possibility of achieving the job of her dreams by seeking out an assistant--preferably an unpaid one. When the new building manager accuses someone of tagging the side of their building, Raven thinks Tess is responsible.

Additionally, newcomers Mykal-Michelle Harris, Felix Avitia, and Emmy Liu-Wang joined as Alice, Neil and Ivy, respectively, and Rondell Sheridan would return as Raven's father Victor Baxter. He is very mature for his age and often acts as the parent in his relationship with his mother. Levi is Booker's best friend and is aware of his psychic abilities. So Disney, if you have any shows with a disabled character — and I hope as a mom of two kids with disabilities that you have many more — please consider accurate representation and casting kids with disabilities.
